Upgrades and Support
Annual support for Massive products provides support, regular upgrades to the software, and access to the Massive community forums.
Note that Students will not be given logins to the community site. Educational Support is provided to one tutor or instructor per educational customer.
Support requests can be submitted directly to the Massive Support Team for quick email responses to your questions, and you can submit bug reports as well as keep track of bugs that you or others have reported.
Support is available on all Massive products. Please consult the products page for exact pricing on specific products.
Customers can hit the support button in the community website to create a support request. The community website URL can be found in the new customer welcome email.
