Diane Holland | CEO

Ms. Holland began her visual effects and computer graphics career in w1989 at George Lucas' Industrial Light and magic, where for four years she assisted management in developing the infrastructure necessary for such ground breaking projects as Terminator 2 and Jurassic Park.  As the third person tapped to join start-up Digital Domain in 1993, Ms. Holland left ILM to act as DD's Director of Operations, where she supervised the build-out of the studio and recruitment to 230 employees in their first year. Ms. Holland then presented DD to 60 Hollywood film productions over the following year as Director of Marketing for the feature film division. Subsequently at Sony Pictures, Ms. Holland was Executive Director of Marketing where she oversaw feature sales and publicity for SPImageworks, and co-developed the PR launch plan for the TV commercial division.  Turning her attention from marketing to production, Ms. Holland spent three years as Visual Effects Producer at Santa Barbara Studios, where a small team of brilliant CG artists accomplished elaborate computer graphics projects and wrote ground breaking software later incorporated into Autodesk’s Academy Award winning Maya product. Read Full Bio. 

Stephen Regelous - Founder and CTO - Massive Software

Stephen Regelous | Founder and CTO

In 2004, Stephen received an Academy Award for Scientific and Engineering Achievement for the design and development of Massive, an industry-first system utilizing AI-driven autonomous agents to generate animation. Stephen conceived of the basic concepts for the software in the early 90s after studying Artificial Life agent based systems, and developed Massive years later for The Lord of the Rings trilogy, where Massive transformed audience expectations for epic crowd and battle scenes in feature film and television. Stephen began his software career writing solutions for particle animation muscle based facial animation, morphing and and an L-system used to synthesize plant life which has been widely used in the motion picture industry. Stephen was named one of the top 50 New Media Producers and Innovators by the Producers Guild of American, and nominated for a World Technology Award which recognizes high levels of innovation in the fields of biotechnology, space, energy and design.

Kevin Mannion

Kevin Mannion | VP Product Strategy

Kevin has held positions ranging from sales and marketing manager to chief executive with a range of high-tech companies, both small and large. His industry exposure includes enterprise, infrastructure, database, web services and networking technologies. Most recently, he was CEO of Legion, now one of the leading companies providing pedestrian simulation software to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) market. In this role he led Legion's commercialisation, turning the Company into a profitable organisation within eighteen months, and winning major contracts with organisations such as London Transport and Beijing and London Olympics. Kevin has travelled widely on business throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia and delivered many successful contracts and partnerships in these regions.

Israel Cooper | Director of Finance

Prior to spending five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a finance and corporate strategy specialist, Israel worked as a consultant for Accenture and Silverstone Global. Experienced in economic modeling, financial analysis and forecasting, Israel has provided advisory services in landmark mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, corporate treasury activities, IP commercialisation, brand leveraging, global distribution, and has completed a number of public and private sector reports for the Ministry of Economic Development, New Zealand Wine Industry, Ministry of Culture & Heritage, and Radio New Zealand. Israel holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing & Economics, Bachelor of Commerce with Honours, is a full member of CPA Australia, and is a elected council member of CPA New Zealand.
